Getting Started!

Construction Syntax:
  say build [building] [location] lot

Buildings/Additions
library
  gives clannies +5 melements, and +20 mana
university addition
  additional +5 melements, and +30 mana (+10 melements, +50mana total)

  gives an additional +5 pelements (so +10 pelements bonus)
marketplace
  provides clannies with place to buy/sale?, but collect interest for clan's bank
bank addition
  provides place for clannies to sale items, and clan makes more interest
grounds
  gives +3/+3 hit/dam to clannies (does not show up on attr)
college addition
  gives additional +3/+3 hit/dam (making +6/+6 hit/dam bonus)

Construction Notes
  * You will be given an opportunity to confirm building/location before you begin construction.

* If you do not have enough clanpoints or heartstones to begin construction, or to find out how much you need to construct, you can use build syntax to find out how much you lack.

* If you have a building addition, the basic building will not degen from upkeep costs until the addition has fallen apart.

* Find out your clantown upkeep by going to mayor and saying 'upkeep'

* Upkeep is twice a week. Calculate how much rank (clanpoints) you need by multiplying {addition-upkeep-cost} x additions + {basic-building-upkeep-cost} x basic buildings. (If you have addition, just use addition cost, don't include basicbuilding cost).


Communicating with Mayor (things you can say)
balance
  Your gold balance is {really high number}.
Your heartstone balance is {heartstone number}.
upkeep
  Each building will have its own upkeep cost. Otherwise, it would quickly fall apart. The upkeep cost will depened on how large your town is and will be automatically be subtracted twice each week. If you build an addition, the upkeep of the basic building will be added to the upkeep of the addition itself. You will no longer be required to pay upkeep for that basic building. It will, however, only cost a combination of gold and clanpoints. Should you fail to pay your upkeep, your building will suffer structural damage... Or may even fall apart should it already be significantly damaged. If your building still stands after suffering this structural damage... You will have half a week before the next upkeep is due. Your upkeep cost is {clanpoints} and {clangold} coins per basic building. Your upkeep cost is {clanpoints} and {clangold} gold coins per addition.
clanpoints
  Clanpoints are an important measure of the activity and health of your clan. You can use clanpoints to construct new buildings in your town.
heartstones
  Heartstones are exceptionally valuable and can be securely stored in your clanbank. You will need a heartstone to pay for some of the higher level buildings.
build
  As a clan leader, you can start construction on a new building for you town. If you can afford a new building, all you must do is specify which building and a location. You can construct two types of buildings: basic buildings and additions. Each basic building has a specific addition associated with it. The addition cannot be built unless you have already constructed the appropriate basic building. And, you needn't specify the location of the addition, since it will adjoin its basic building. Should you wish to expand your town, you can build new structures that offer many different benefits. Some will help you increase the strength of your town or clan... While others will allow you to regenerate faster and even build future structures with less work. You can choose which buildings you would like to construct and where you would like to build them. To start construction on a new building, one of the clan's leaders should speak with me. And, of course, expanding your town will not be without cost or risk... As your buildings can be razed to the ground by your enemies.
raze
  Should you desire, it is possible to raze the buildings in the towns of your enemies. With enough effort, you can completely destroy an enemy clan's building. This cannot be done while the town guards are alive... Or while enemy clan members and their allies are inside the clan's town. Beware, however, for your buildings can be razed by enemy clan members as well.
location
  When building a new town structure, you can choose where you want to build it. The buildings must be constructed in the empty lots, whose position is described relative to the town square. Possible locations are the following: northwest, north, east, southeast, and southwest. You can only start construction of a new building in an empty lot.
library
  A library provides a center of learning for your town. Through the knowledge it contains, you can gain a better understanding of the arcane arts... And, increase your capacity to make use the One Power. Your library has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
university
  The university is the addition to the library. It will further increase your understanding of the One Power. Your university has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
workshop
  The workshop is where magic and science are joined, where wands are sold to eager buyers. If one is willing to pay a high enough price and risk the destruction of your weapon... You can even have your own weapons empowered with magical spells. Your workshop has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
artificer shop
  The artificer's shop is the addition to the workshop. It sells additional artificer services. Your artificer's shop has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
marketplace
  The marketplace is a bustling place of commerce and exchange. Not only will it provide an additional location for the purchase and fine wares... But, it will also allow you to collect interest on gold deposited in your clan's bank. Your marketplace has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
bank
  The bank is the addition to the marketplace. It will provide a place for the sale of your many treaures... And it will also allow you to collect more interest on your deposits. Your bank has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
grounds
  The training grounds provide a location where one can learn more about the art of battle. Through training, the martial prowess of your town guard will increase. Additionally, all clan members will gain insight at in to inflict greater damage with greater consistency. Your training grounds has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
college
  The college of war is the addition to the training grounds. It will allow you to gain further mastery over your martial skills. Your college of war has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
blacksmith
  A blacksmith's shop can prove of immeasurable use. At the shop, you can repair items worn down by use and time at quite a reasonable price. Moreover, the skill of your blacksmith will surpass that of any other smith in this land. Your blacksmith's shop has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
weaponsmith
  The weaponsmith's shop is the addition to the blacksmith's shop. This addition will provide an even cheaper and more effective location for repairing your damaged equipment. Your weaponsmith's shop has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
barracks
  The barracks provides a place of housing and shelter for the guards of your town. With a barracks, your town will be able to support more guards... And provide you with better protection against your enemies. Your barracks has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
quarters
  The officer's quarters is the addition to the barracks. It provides extra housing for more, stronger guards. Your officer's quarters has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
infirmary
  The infirmary is a place where adventurers can rest and heal their wounds. A number of potions can be purchased here to restore one's health and cure other ailments. Indeed, even the smell of the herbs inside the infirmary has remarkable healing properties. Your infirmary has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
hospital
  The hospital is the addition to the infirmary. The medical services and healing powers offered by the hospital far exceed those of the infirmary. Your hospital has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
sanctum
  The sanctum focuses the energies of the One Power so that they can be more effectively harnessed. Many liquid potions are offered by the sanctum, infused with the One Power. And, when nearby, it is rumored that the air pulses with magic, rejuvenating those nearby. Your sanctum has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
tower
  The arcane tower is the addition to the sanctum. The One Power is even more strongly focused here. Your arcane tower has suffered {kind of damage} and is in {condition}.
